Justin Williams wins international environmental politics essay competition

Congratulations to Justin Williams, a student in John Meyer's "Environmental Political Theory" course in Spring 2006. Justin recently won first place in an international essay competition sponsored by Keele University in the U.K. The competition required students to write a 1500 word essay in response to the following prompt: “Governments have failed us.
