Internship opportunity

Students, this looks like a couple pretty cool internship opportunities. A brief description is below, but they also emailed me a couple flyers/position descriptions. Just come by my office or send me a note if you'd like a copy (they're too big to post here). John Meyer

Dear friends and colleagues,

The Center for Community Change is looking for interns for the Summer of 2007 and beyond. Please see the attached descriptions. The first is our general call for interns --- looking to hire over 25 interns to place with CCC staff and partner community organizations in Washington, New York, North Carolina and Tennessee. This is a great opportunity to learn about community organizing first-hand with some amazing leaders and organizations. (For instance, one lucky intern will get to work with the Movement Vision Project!) Please forward this to anyone you think might be interested.

The second attachment is information on a film internship at the Movement Vision Project, where we’re looking to find creative film students to help us create live action and/or animated films exploring some of the visionary ideas coming from our work. It’s perfect for those looking to combine creative work with political action. Please forward this one around to anyone who might be interested as well.

Thanks for your help!
